Top Shelf Café & Gourmet Catering specializes in quality, homemade, fresh foods to please any palate. Because catering is all we do, no event is too big or too small. Whether your group is five or five hundred, you will get the same meticulous attention to detail, great food, and professional presentation that we have built our reputation on. Our flexibility in menu planning and approach to food makes us easy to work with. Our staff is expert, knowledgeable and courteous. China, Dinnerware & Silverware

           Disposable caterware, china, glassware, silverware, and/or linens are available for rental or purchase.  Quotes for china will be given after determining a menu for your event.   

Decorations & Floral
We will be happy to discuss decorations and floral arrangements for your event with you! Charges will be based on decorations requested.

Deposits
A $200.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation for all groups larger than 35, and will be credited toward total function charges. Groups smaller than 35 require a $100 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if the function is cancelled within 60 days of the event date. A final group number must be received 7 days prior to the event, and will be used to calculate meal charges, unless actual numbers are greater.

Entertainment
It will be the responsibility of the event host to contract with the entertainment of their choice, and to clear it with the event site personnel.

Linens
Linen napkins and tablecloths are available for rental - pricing upon request. Linen tablecloths for food buffet tables are provided without charge for all events.

Menu / Entree Selections and Pricing

Menus must be pre-arranged for all groups to provide you with the best quality food and service. We will be happy to assist you in the planning of your menu and event. If you would like information or pricing on a specific item not listed in our food or beverage selections, please contact us -- we try to be very flexible with entrees and menu items. We quote firm prices no more than 30 days in advance, and prices may be subject to change without notice unless otherwise stated. Service options include buffet style (small groups only), partial, full service, or family style meal. Please note that meal charges are per person (per plate) for all, and specific numbers of entrée choices are required.

Payment
Payment for catering services shall be made within 5 days of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made. All food and beverages are subject to 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax, unless exempt. Groups requesting tax exempt status must furnish us with their tax-exempt number prior to the event. Interest on unpaid balances is 1.5% monthly. We gladly accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express!

Service Charges
It is our philosophy to have knowledgeable, professional, efficient wait staff to assist you, and events that are staffed will be subject to an 18% service charge ($75 minimum per staff person).

Site
We will gladly work at almost any location requested! Please try to contact us prior to booking a site to make sure there are sufficient facilities to serve your group well. Cleanup of the event site afterwards will be the responsibility of the event host, unless other arrangements are made in advance with the caterer.

Staffing
We try to provide you with the best staff available for your event, and staffing will be billed at $24 per hour per staff person. Cake cutting/serving is a $50 flat fee.
